Our well-being courses are designed for managers and employees to navigate today’s fast-paced society. Stress and burnout are common issues that can lead to mental health emergencies.
Resilience is crucial for coping with challenges both at work and in personal life.
We provide mental health courses and workshops for our employees, including “Building Resilience” workshop covering mental health basics, positive practices, and emotional regulation using our A.S.H.E.S framework.
“First Aid For Mental Health” course is taught by a seasoned trainer and provides accreditation for three years.
We also offer a two-hour “Mental Health Awareness” session for supervisory level managers to enhance resilience in the organisation.

A qualified mental health instructor, Kirk delivers a wide range of nationally accredited and bespoke mental health and wellbeing courses to our diverse range of clients throughout the United Kingdom.
